A Brief History of Porsche
Porsche has been in the sports car business for long. Some of its racing highlights are here. Today, a Porsche is revered for its magnificent body and amazing features. Little do most sports car fans know about the car’s humble beginning in the car racing scene of the 1940s. From Where It All Started It was in 1948 that Ferdinand Porsche developed the first car with 200 crewmen. The first Porsche, Porsche 365 was produced in a small garage. The 365 was a lightweight car with nimble handling. The car had a rear engine and rear-wheel drive in a hardtop coupe. The chassis for the vehicle had a completely innovative design.
